During your summer vacation in Molveno, you can choose from many mountain trails and hiking paths in the Dolomites of Brenta and surrounding areas. One of these wonderful routes, which can be easily walked, will take you to the Croz dell’Altissimo Lodge. With every step, the landscape changes, and the emotions multiply. There are two different route options to reach the lodge, both very beautiful and requiring only a minimal level of physical preparation. The trails are easy and do not present any particular technical difficulties.

After walking all of Via Belvedere (in the upper part of Molveno), after the cross, take the uphill path to the Molveno plateau: through meadows and forest roads, you will reach the beautiful Pradel woodland plateau. From there, continue along path 340, which will lead you to the Croz dell’Altissimo lodge, offering breathtaking views of the Dolomites. You can choose to descend via an alternative route, taking the forest road 319 of the Val delle Seghe, which will take you to the Ciclamino hut and then to the shores of Lake Molveno for a refreshing swim at the end of the day.

Easy walk from Pradel to the Croz dell’Altissimo Lodge

There is also a quicker and easier alternative compared to starting from the town of Molveno to reach the Croz dell’Altissimo Lodge.

Località Pradel is also easily reachable with the new Molveno lift system. In the mountains, hard work is always rewarded, but even if you choose to use the lifts, you’ll still be able to admire the majestic mountains of Trentino. Once you reach Pradel, follow the flat path 340 which will effortlessly lead you to the Croz dell’Altissimo Lodge in just over an hour. Here, you can enjoy typical Trentino dishes. On the return journey, you can follow the path 322 and then 319 of the Val delle Seghe, which will take you to the Baita Ciclamino and then to the shores of Lake Molveno.
